I really enjoyed visiting the blind school. The project was really fun, my group and I argued a lot but we got through it. It was really fun visiting the blind school. I had felt really bad for them.

My visit to the blind society was really amazing. It was my first experience visiting the blind and I felt really very sad to see the blind children. I had an awesome experience during this project. We have done many things for the blind. We have made textual pictures for the children to feel and recordings to listen to. It has been a wonderful experience. We are now working on an original story that is made up by ourselves. It was a pleasure for our school, Eden College to be a part of this experience.

I really enjoyed doing this project as I knew it was helping a lot of people. The most difficult part of this project was the recording, because it took a lot of trial and error

I think that this project is a very good thing to do for the blind, they can enjoy the the stories as much as children who are sighted

This project was a lot of fun and it will be helping a lot of blind people around the world so you must tell your friends overseas to take a book and record a story on to their phone and up load it to the site so people all over the world can download the story and listen to it.

Suhail, Eden college, Durban, South Africa: This project can be cost saving because with tapes, there is only one story and with the CD, there are many stories, these stories can be enjoyed by blind children and children who are sighted.

This was a real eye opener for me as it taught me the realities and hardships of being blind. I feel privileged to have worked on this project as I know together with other grade 8 's we are making a positive difference throughout the world. A project thoroughly enjoyed !! :) :]

It was a humbling and rewarding experience to visit the blind. It really taught me to appreciate how important our sight is and yet we take it for granted. My aim is to make a difference in their lives in any small way and create an awareness.

The visit to the Blind school was a moving experience. It was great to see the children having fun with the students. Even though they have a disability it did not restrict them from having fun.

We went to a blind school on 3 May 2012. We learned alot about how they teach then and look after them. They told us that they completely rely on donations, so if u reading this please think about them the next time you throw a toy away. It would be highly appriciated if you could help them with donations . :) thnx ppl n Liamwbster1

Our visit to the blind society was great, we had the experience to interact with the blind children as well as learn about there disorder .
we hope more people would visit the school and give more donations and toys to the society. We could also help by using this site and adding more mp3 files to the blog.

It was really and truly a great experience to go to the blind society and see how blind children interact. I can't imagine what it would be like to be blind. It really breaks your heart to see how excited the chilren get when they come accross new voices.

I really enjoyed my visit to the blind society. It was really upsetting to know that there were so many young children who couldn't see anything around them. There was one little boy who was jumping and laughing with us and he was having so much fun. It made me feel really good that even though he couldn't see he could still be a kid and have fun. It was really nice to know that we made a difference. I am really grateful for the opportunity and I hope I get to go there again.

My visit to the blind society was really amazing. It was so sad to see so many small children that do not have sight . I have really enjoyed designing textral pictures and toys for the blind children. It was extremly fun to make the recording for these children. We have now recently finished our own story that we make up ourselfs , it was extremly fun doing so. This experience was unforgettable and eye opening . It was a plesure helping the blind ! :) :) :)
